General Project Description

The San Bernardino County, Project and Facilities Management Department, is seeking qualified proposers to provide on-call door and gate services at various locations within San Bernardino County. The project's purpose is to establish service contracts for the maintenance and repair of a wide range of door and gate systems across approximately 1,200 County-owned buildings and properties. Work items include the repair and service of automatic systems (retrofit & upgrades), overhead doors, hollow metal and wood doors, glass entrance doors, service doors, fire-rated doors, gates, and associated motor operators, controllers, and sensors. Contractors must be available 24/7, providing emergency services with a response time not exceeding two hours. Individual work orders will not exceed $75,000.
