General Project Description

The San Bernardino County Project and Facilities Management Department is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide on-call plumbing services at various county-owned buildings and properties throughout San Bernardino County. The scope includes general plumbing system repair and service, fixture installations (retrofit & upgrades), lead detection, hydro jetting, video screening of plumbing, sump and sewage ejection systems, septic tank systems, and work on pipelines up to 8 inches for commercial and industrial applications. Contractors must be available 24/7 with a 2-hour response time for emergency services and comply with prevailing wage laws and California Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) registration. Individual work orders will not exceed $75,000.
