General Project Description

The San Bernardino County Project and Facilities Management Department is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide on-call Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) services at various County-owned buildings throughout San Bernardino County. The services include maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and installation of various HVAC systems and related equipment across approximately 1,200 active County-owned buildings totaling over 9 million square feet. Contractors are required to provide on-call services with a response time of no more than 2 hours for emergency outages and repairs.
