General Project Description

San Bernardino County Project & Facilities Management Department is seeking qualified contractors to provide on-call electrical services at various County-owned buildings and properties. The scope includes comprehensive electrical maintenance, new lighting installations (retrofit & upgrades), services for motors and motor control panels, troubleshooting and repair of existing electrical systems, upgrades of existing electrical service and distribution, and installations and repairs for parking lot & site lighting. Services will cover commercial and industrial applications with various line voltages (e.g., 120/208/240/277/480). Contractors must be available 24/7 for emergency services with a response time of no more than 2 hours. Individual work orders are limited to $75,000.
