General Project Description
The project involves the furnishing and installation of a new prefabricated Butler-style metal building. The scope includes all utility connections (electricity, natural gas, water supply), landscaping, cleanup, and all other construction services necessary to deliver a complete, operational, and fully functional facility. The contractor is responsible for obtaining all necessary governmental and private approvals, permits, and licenses, and for demonstrating fully satisfactory operation of all systems and equipment.
