General Project Description
The San Bernardino County Regional Parks Department is seeking proposals from qualified Proposers to provide a Market Study and an implementable Master Plan for Cucamonga-Guasti Regional Park. The project's primary focus is on identifying and planning for revenue-generating amenities, including recreation, improved playgrounds, splash pads, picnic/group event areas, trails, infrastructure, and entertainment. The scope involves comprehensive analysis of existing facilities, public and stakeholder engagement, development of implementation strategies with cost/benefit analyses, natural resource and habitat inventory, land use surveys, concession operation identification, marketing strategies, and environmental/habitat conservation planning. Deliverables include digital site plans, meeting documentation, a written Market Research Feasibility Study, and a Final Master Plan Document.
