General Project Description
Homecomings, Inc., a nonprofit affiliate of the Housing Authority of the City of San Buenaventura, is seeking a qualified appraiser to provide property appraisal services for scattered site and multiple unit properties within the City of Ventura. This project involves a Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) conversion, rehabilitating 148 units across eight (8) multi-family apartments and four (4) quadplexes. The appraiser will prepare comprehensive property appraisals for these scattered residential units, ensuring compliance with appraisal regulations for new construction and rehabilitation projects as defined by the California Debt Limit Allocation Committee (CDLAC) and California Tax Credit Allocation Committee (CTCAC). The project is not anticipating any major ground disturbance.
