General Project Description
This Request for Proposals is for Architectural Design and Rehabilitation Services for Multi-Family Scattered Sites and Multiple Units within the City of Ventura. The project aims to rehabilitate 8 multi-family apartment sites and 4 quadplex sites totaling 148 units under a Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) conversion. The scope includes modification designs for current building systems, recommendations for photovoltaic systems, Chapter 11 -A and 11 -B accessibility corrections, interior design changes, site planning, and building sustainability designs to meet carbon neutral requirements.
