General Project Description

This project involves the rehabilitation of Harrington Park in downtown San Carlos, including hardscape, landscape, and building improvements. The scope encompasses the removal of existing hardscape, trees, and utilities, followed by the construction of a new restroom/storage facility, a mass timber canopy, and various site furnishings. Key work items include earthwork, concrete flatwork, curb and gutter installation, asphalt paving, storm drain and sanitary sewer system enhancements, water service lateral installation, electrical service upgrades, lighting, charging stations, security cameras, and comprehensive landscaping with bioretention areas.
