General Project Description

The project involves storm drain improvements at various locations within San Carlos, including Clifton Avenue, Kenton Avenue, Manzanita Avenue, and Shoreway Road. The scope of work generally includes mobilization, traffic control, storm water control, dust prevention and control, site preparation, clearing, demolition, excavation, shoring, pipe replacement/installation (12", 16", 18" storm drain pipes), manhole and catch basin installation/replacement, asphalt repair, concrete repair, paving restoration, driveway restoration, striping removal and replacement, and other associated civil engineering work. The contractor is responsible for furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision, transportation, handling, storage, traffic control, permits, licenses, and all other incidentals to complete the work successfully, including proper disposal of materials and protection/restoration of existing improvements and utilities.
