General Project Description

This project is an as-needed street improvement program focused on utility adjustments. The scope includes mobilization, traffic control, manhole cover adjustment, manhole frame and lid replacement, and water valve can adjustment, along with other tasks detailed in the specifications. The work involves excavation, backfilling, and compaction for utility adjustments, and repairs to existing street pavements, slurry seals, surface seals, and fog seals damaged during construction. The contractor is responsible for debris removal, solid waste disposal, and general maintenance of existing improvements.
