General Project Description
SANDAG is seeking proposals from qualified contractors for the design, fabrication, and installation of a custom, professional, functional, and ADA-compliant dais table in the SANDAG Boardroom. The project also includes movable presenter table(s) that match the dais design. Contractors are encouraged to consider and provide options for a mobile or modular dais design to allow for flexibility in room configuration or relocation, while maintaining a seamless and professional appearance. The work involves conceptual and schematic design, 3D renderings, material sourcing for durability and ADA compliance, fabrication integrating technology access points, secure delivery, and installation with minimal disruption. On-site labor for installation must comply with prevailing wage requirements. The contractor must also provide maintenance/care guidelines for the installed furniture. General construction for electrical and/or audio-visual connections will be provided by SANDAG.
