General Project Description

SANDAG plans to issue an RFP seeking a qualified and experienced Consultant to assist its Program Project Management (PPM) department throughout various project delivery phases. The Consultant will provide technical assistance, conduct reviews, participate in project meetings, and offer project control and administration support, encompassing scope, cost, schedule, risk, quality, and change management. Additionally, the consultant will aid in developing PPM and project delivery guidelines, processes, tools, templates, and provide as-needed training related to project and program management.
