General Project Description
This project involves the removal and replacement of two existing overhead garage doors at Building AH/Garage 300 on the SDCCD City College Campus. The scope includes all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and services for demolition of existing gates, hardware, and tracks, installation of new gates and motors, electrical pathways, and connection/programming of new control systems. Additional tasks include patching exposed anchor bolts, installing aluminum barrel covers, providing fencing and signage per a logistics plan, and a final clean-up.
