San Diego Housing Commission is seeking bids from qualified and interested contractors for the following project titled, Exterior Elevated Element (EEE) Repairs at Parkcrest Apartments, identified under Solicitation ID: RFP #: PM-26-25. Work is to be performed near 5330 Orange Ave, San Diego, CA 92115, USA in San Diego County.
General Project Description
This project involves Exterior Elevated Element (EEE) Repairs at Parkcrest Apartments. The scope includes repairs and resurfacing of 26 elevated patio decks and 4 common exterior two-story walkways (no stairs) located on the North and South sides of the building. Required work items include removal of damaged wood railings and wrought iron bases, welding new posts, sanding, priming, and painting wrought iron, installing new wood handrails and metal drip edges, cleaning deck surfaces, sealing cracks with Sika Self Leveling Polyurethane Fast Setting, and applying Sikalastic 710 NP base and Sikalastic 715 Texture Topcoat for resurfacing. The project is subject to state prevailing wage requirements.
