General Project Description

This project involves the whole site modernization of Grant TK-8 School, specifically Phase II Increment 1. The scope includes the procurement of long-lead electrical equipment for both Increment 01 and 02. Existing elements to be demolished include the lunch shelter, Building 07-07 west bridge connection, and supporting columns. Work also involves the onsite relocation of one portable restroom building, relocation of three portable classroom buildings to another district campus, site paving, and temporary relocation of a gecko garden. New construction includes Building 01 for Administration and Health Center, Building 02A for Counseling, UTK-2 and UTK-3 Classrooms, and a new Lunch Shelter. The project covers various CSI MasterFormat divisions, including site work, demolition, concrete, masonry, structural steel, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, roofing, glass, finishes, and utilities.
