General Project Description

This project involves the procurement, storage, delivery, assembly, and placement of all Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E) at Doyle Elementary School as part of capital improvement bond school modernization. The scope also includes the removal of all packing materials and debris from the site. The work will be performed in multiple phases across various buildings and the lunch shelter, with scheduled milestones for substantial completion up to December 15, 2028. The contractor is responsible for ensuring all FF&E products are new, undamaged, and comply with manufacturer's specifications, including warranties, and will tag all items valued over $500. Quality assurance, coordination with school operations, and training for District personnel on FF&E operation and maintenance are also required.
