San Diego County Water Authority is seeking bids from qualified and interested contractors for the following project titled, Bridge Crane Cal/OSHA Annual Inspections, Quadrennial Proof Load Testing, Quarterly Preventative Maintenance Service, and Repairs, identified under Solicitation ID: -. Work is to be performed near 610 W 5th Ave, Escondido, CA 92025, USA in San Diego County.
General Project Description
This project involves providing qualified personnel, tools, equipment, parts, supplies, and materials to perform comprehensive maintenance services for eighteen (18) Water Authority-owned bridge cranes located throughout San Diego County. The scope of work includes California Division of Occupational Safety and Health (Cal/OSHA) annual inspections, quadrennial proof load tests, quarterly preventative maintenance services, and general repairs. The contractor is also required to provide reports and other documentation related to the services performed.

- Quantity: 1 Unit: Hour Work Item: Hourly labor rate for additional work (Exhibit A, Scope of Work, Section III and IV, Paragraphs 3 and 4), performed Monday through Friday over eight (8) hours but under 12 hours, Saturdays up to 12 hours, or work performed between 6:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., Monday through Saturday, up to 12 hours.
- Quantity: 1 Unit: Hour Work Item: Hourly Labor Rate for additional work (Exhibit A, Scope of Work, Section III and IV, Paragraphs 3 and 4), for work performed in excess of 12 hours, Monday through Saturday and work any time on Sundays or Water Authority observed holidays.
- Quantity: - Unit: - Work Item: Parts, materials, supplies, equipment purchases and rentals for additional work, reimbursed at Supplier's invoice cost plus a percentage markup. Specifications: Maximum percent increase is 10 percent. Includes sales tax, freight, and delivery charges.
