San Diego County is seeking bids from qualified and interested contractors for the following project titled, AS-NEEDED HVAC MAINTENANCE SERVICES, identified under Solicitation ID: 12951. Work is to be performed near 5500 Overland Ave, San Diego, CA 92123, USA in San Diego County.
General Project Description
The San Diego County Air Pollution Control District (SDAPCD) is seeking quotes from licensed and insured HVAC contractors to provide annual preventive maintenance and as-needed urgent repairs for approximately eleven (11) Bard air conditioning/heating units. The initial contract term is one (1) year, with four (4) one-year option periods. The required work includes checking electrical components, condensers, coils, drain lines, evaporator coils, refrigerant levels, and lubricating motors/fan bearings, along with providing written reports for each unit. Contractors must hold a State of California C-20 Warm Air Heating, Ventilating and Air-Conditioning Contractor license and use Journeyman-level or higher qualified personnel. Services will be needed at various sites throughout San Diego County, including Camp Pendleton, Alpine, Carmel Mountain Ranch, El Cajon, Chula Vista, Otay Mesa, SD Kearny Villa Rd, San Ysidro, Sherman Heights, and Scripps Ranch.
