San Diego County is seeking bids from qualified and interested contractors for the following project titled, Landscaping Services RFP 12765, identified under Solicitation ID: RFP 12765. Work is to be performed near 5500 Overland Ave, San Diego, CA 92123, USA in San Diego County.

General Project Description

The County of San Diego is seeking firm proposals for comprehensive landscaping services across various County facilities within five (5) Lots/Regions (North, Central, South, East, North Inland). The contract's initial term is one year, with four (4) one-year options. The scope includes general landscape maintenance, tree and shrub care, lawn care, irrigation and drainage system maintenance, pest control (insects and disease), soil erosion control, fertilization, litter/debris removal, and semi-annual color replacement. Services must adhere to industry best practices and County standards, with a focus on sustainable landscaping and water conservation.
