General Project Description

The County of San Diego is seeking firms to provide comprehensive landscaping services for various County facilities across five geographical regions (North, Central, South, East, North Inland). The services encompass tree, shrub, ground cover, and lawn care, including irrigation and drainage system maintenance, soil erosion control, insect, and disease management. Required work also includes pruning/trimming of trees, shrubs, and plants, weed and litter removal, fertilization, and semi-annual color replacement. Contractors must adhere to Best Management Practices (BMPs) for stormwater management, ensure proper waste reduction and recycling, maintain high aesthetic appeal, promote healthy/balanced landscape systems, and ensure compliance with all environmental and safety regulations. The contract will consist of an initial one-year term with four (4) one-year options.
