San Diego County is seeking bids from qualified and interested contractors for the following project titled, AS-NEEDED ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTING SERVICES, identified under Solicitation ID: 12878. Work is to be performed near 5500 Overland Ave, San Diego, CA 92123, USA in San Diego County.

General Project Description

The County of San Diego is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from firms to provide comprehensive as-needed environmental and planning consulting services for various County Department of General Services (DGS) projects. The services will be assigned via task orders and will span multiple projects across the region over an initial one-year term with four one-year options. The scope includes environmental document preparation (CEQA, NEPA), technical studies (air quality, cultural, biological, geotechnical, hazardous materials), mitigation, monitoring, general planning, permitting assistance, sustainability support, transportation, visual impact assessments, stormwater management, fire behavior modeling, and community outreach.
