General Project Description

The County of San Diego Sheriff's Office is seeking an as-needed deep cleaning and decontamination services contractor. The scope includes sanitization and biohazard cleanup for seven detention facilities, including the San Diego Central Jail (SDCJ), Vista, Las Colinas, George Bailey, South Bay, East Mesa, and Rock Mountain Detention Facilities. Services also cover emergency call-out trauma/crime scene cleanup across various County locations. Work involve deep cleaning/disinfecting cells, modules, and open areas, removal and offsite disposal of biohazardous and miscellaneous debris, and management of chemical water waste. Contractors must be registered Trauma Scene Waste Management Practitioners.
