San Dimas City is seeking bids from qualified and interested contractors for the following project titled, CHARTER OAK MOBILE ESTATES RETAINING WALL – PHASE 2, identified under Solicitation ID: 2025-06. Work is to be performed near 245 E Bonita Ave, San Dimas, CA 91773, USA in Los Angeles County.
General Project Description
This project involves the removal of existing retaining walls, existing trees and stumps, and pony walls, followed by the construction of new masonry retaining walls at the Charter Oak Mobile Estates. The work also includes comprehensive site preparation, excavation, earthwork, grading, backfilling, temporary construction security fencing, waterproofing of new walls, installation of drainage systems, traffic control, and adherence to all required environmental protection measures (NPDES and BMPs).
