General Project Description

This project involves the reconstruction and rehabilitation of asphalt pavement, including pavement grinding, application of rubberized hot mix asphalt (RHMA) overlay, and various Portland cement concrete improvements. The scope also encompasses ADA-compliant upgrades, installation of traffic loop detectors, and traffic striping. It includes mobilization, demobilization, traffic control, NPDES compliance, public notifications, an outreach meeting, clearing and grubbing, and temporary striping.
