General Project Description

This project involves asphalt pavement reconstruction and rehabilitation, including pavement grinding and a rubberized hot mix asphalt (RHMA) overlay. It also includes Portland cement concrete improvements, ADA-compliant upgrades (such as curb ramps with truncated domes), installation of traffic loop detectors, and traffic striping. The work includes mobilization, demobilization, traffic control, NPDES compliance, notifications to businesses and residents, public outreach, clearing and grubbing, temporary striping, removal and construction of sidewalks, curbs, and gutters, adjustments of manholes and utility boxes to grade, and installation of survey monuments.
