General Project Description

This project involves general school modernization and reconstruction, specifically for the Alamo Elementary School roofing system. The scope includes the removal of the existing roofing system, associated metal flashing and coping, replacement of damaged pipe vents, patching and repairing the roof structure as required, installation of a new singly ply roof system, installation of rigid insulation board and cover board, installation of new aluminum metal coping and associated flashing, and replacement of damaged pipe vent penetrations.
