General Project Description

This informal bid project involves the replacement of Boiler #1 sections at E.R. Taylor Elementary School. The scope includes furnishing labor and materials to remove and dispose of the existing boiler, reinstallation of removed components, inspection and repair of the existing concrete pad, picking up District-furnished new pars, installation of these parts, securing and isolating the boiler, and performing testing, adjusting, start-up, and commissioning to ensure safe and efficient operation. Critical tasks include system isolation, component removal and reinstallation, and comprehensive system testing and tuning. No hazardous materials abatement work is included.
