General Project Description
This project involves the upgrade of Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) equipment in the Main Distribution Frame (MDF) at George Washington High School. The scope includes all labor, materials, equipment, and services for the installation of Owner-Furnished Contractor-Installed (OFCI) UPS components. The contractor is responsible for picking up new UPS systems from a district facility, removing existing UPS systems and batteries, installing new APC UPS and battery systems in multiple racks, making hardwire electrical connections, performing automatic self-tests, handling E-Waste removal, general cleanup, and updating panel and junction box labels.
