General Project Description
This project involves the comprehensive reroofing of the administration and academic buildings at Ruth Asawa School of the Arts. The scope of work includes the removal of existing built-up roofing, metal roofing, skylights, roof drains, scuppers, overflow drains, sheet metal flashings, and other associated roof accessories. New installations will include standing seam metal roofing, TPO roofing, underlayment, unit skylights, aluminum flashings, reglets, copings, and sealants. Additionally, the project requires miscellaneous carpentry, plumbing, painting, electrical works, and abatement of hazardous materials and lead paint.
