General Project Description
This notice invites interested licensed contractors to submit their company for inclusion on the San Jacinto Unified School District's Annual Informal Bidding Contractors List (CUPCCAA List) for the upcoming 2026 calendar year. Public Works Projects estimated to be below $220,000.00 will be subject to Informal Bidding Procedures. All trade categories are eligible. Contractors and subcontractors must comply with California Labor Code sections 1725.5 and 1771.1, including DIR registration, for projects exceeding state-specified thresholds ($25,000 for new construction, $15,000 for maintenance). Contractors must possess a current license verified by the Contractors State License Board.
