San Jacinto Unified School District is seeking bids from qualified and interested contractors for the following project titled, Nutrition Services Modernization Project at Central Kitchen Facility, identified under Solicitation ID: 009-26. Work is to be performed near 221 Bissell Pl, San Jacinto, CA 92582, USA in Riverside County.
General Project Description
The project involves the modernization of Nutrition Services facilities at the San Jacinto School District Central Kitchen. The comprehensive scope includes all site work, grubbing, vegetation removal, over-excavation for building pads, rough and fine grading, site signage, concrete and asphalt paving, landscaping and irrigation, trenching and backfill for all underground utilities, parking light standards, ADA parking and striping, ADA symbols and site lettering, fencing and gates. It also covers the construction of a central kitchen building with warehouse, central kitchen, and administration spaces, including HVAC systems and ducting, roofing, insulation, masonry exterior walls, metal stud walls, steel columns and frames, plaster walls, interior finishes, kitchen equipment, boiler units, electrical and communication rooms, men's and women's toilet and locker rooms, two loading docks with loading lifts, a kitchen training room, and a backup generator. Site electrical, fire alarm/data, communications, plumbing, gas, water, and sewer and drainage systems are also part of the work, along with interior finish work for the central kitchen building.
