General Project Description
The project involves furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, tools, services, transportation, permits, utilities, and all other items necessary for the repair and testing of the Lake Park Well. The well underwent rehabilitation in 2025 where sections were patched to mitigate formation sand, but these efforts were unsuccessful, necessitating supplemental well repair. The scope includes mobilization, removal and evaluation of existing pumping equipment, mechanical cleaning, installation of well patches, dynamic video survey during pumping at the design rate, well disinfection, reinstallation of permanent pumping equipment, startup, demobilization, site cleanup, and any other necessary work to complete the well repair as described in strict accordance with the technical specifications.
