General Project Description

The Housing Authority of the County of San Joaquin is seeking proposals from qualified and licensed C-39 Roofing Contractors or General Contractors with licensed subcontractors for roof repair and replacement services at various units within the Diablo Homes Community. The project involves various roofing systems, including Composition, Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO), Spray Foam, and Metal roofing. The scope encompasses demolition of existing materials, repair of damaged roof structures (including dry-rot), installation of new roofing systems per manufacturer and code specifications, replacement of flashing, boots, roof vents, and attic exhaust venting, as well as the replacement of rain gutters, downspouts, and installation of splash blocks and roof walk pads. All work must comply with local, state, and federal building codes, including California's Title 24 Part 6 Building Energy Efficiency Standards for Cool Roof requirements.
