General Project Description

This project entails the comprehensive removal and replacement of existing roofing systems on both the Child Advocacy Center and Walter Britten Buildings at the Mary Graham Children's Shelter in French Camp, California. The total combined roof area is approximately 11,780 square feet, previously comprised of cement shingles and built-up roofing. The new installations will feature asphalt shingle roofing (Owens Corning Desert tan with a 30-year or Lifetime Warranty option) and a 60 mil Duro-Last single-ply PVC membrane roofing system. The scope also includes the provision of temporary eight-foot-high perimeter fencing, installation of various metal flashings and trim, underlayment, new gutters and downspouts, and fascia repairs as required. All work must adhere to specified technical standards and comply with waste management protocols.
