General Project Description
San Joaquin County is seeking qualified Low-Income Housing Developers to submit offers to purchase or lease approximately four (4) acres of County-owned surplus land adjacent to Gianone Park in Stockton, CA. The objective is to construct deed-restricted affordable housing, consistent with local and State housing goals. Developers are responsible for all aspects of the project, including due diligence, planning, entitlements, design, financing, construction, lease-up or sales, and long-term covenant compliance, ensuring that at least 100% of residential units are restricted to low-to-moderate income and at least 75% to lower income households.
