General Project Description

This project, Phase 2 of the San Joaquin BeWell Campus (approximately 8 acres, North Campus), involves the progressive design-build of a new behavioral health center. The campus aims to provide diverse services including outpatient care, urgent behavioral/mental health services, residential treatment, and transitional housing. The scope encompasses the design and construction of multiple single-to-three-story buildings (Building A: Community & Outpatient; Building B: Urgent Care; Buildings C & D: Residential Treatment; Buildings E & F: Supportive Transitional Housing; Building G: Modular Residential Units), a support building, extensive sitework, parking areas, landscaping, walkways, and various campus amenities. Key infrastructure development includes water, sewer, storm drainage systems, and flexible and rigid pavements. The project prioritizes creating a cohesive, person-centered environment that addresses critical behavioral health needs in San Joaquin County.
