General Project Description

The San Lorenzo Unified School District is seeking architectural and engineering services to renovate two existing classrooms into a learning center for young adults, which will be used for Adult Education. The scope of work includes design and construction administration services, such as preparing design criteria, plans, specifications, providing construction oversight, assisting with project budget and schedule, preparing as-built documents, assisting with project closeout, and responding to RFIs. The selected architectural firm will be responsible for preparing documents to meet State School Facilities Program requirements and assisting the District throughout the bid process and obtaining project approvals.
