General Project Description

The County of San Luis Obispo is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide professional services and necessary equipment to modernize the aging audiovisual (AV) systems in multiple conference rooms within the Katcho Achadjian Building. The project involves the removal of existing AV hardware and cabling, procurement, installation, and commissioning of new commercial displays, Shure IntelliMix Teams Kits (including Foundation System, Touch Screen Controller, Overhead Microphones/Speakers, and cameras), whiteboard cameras, and all associated cabling and cable management, including raceways. The scope also includes the disposal of old materials and a one-year annual preventative maintenance plan for the new systems. An optional/alternative scope item for Room 271 is to provide audio-only recording capabilities. Proposers are required to provide individual pricing for each room.
