General Project Description

The project involves the procurement and delivery of one new, unused custom enclosed trailer to be used as a mobile office. The trailer must adhere to specific dimensions (8.5' x 24' V-Nose, 7.5' interior height) and include detailed features such as aluminum exterior walls, stone guard, white aluminum interior walls, insulated walls and ceiling, RTP black flooring, d-rings, a rear ramp door, 36" W RV style side door with screen, three RV windows with screens, approximately 40 linear feet of fold-down countertops, 14 linear feet of black upper cabinets, integrated base and upper cabinets in the V-nose, a comprehensive electrical package with 14 receptacles, an A/C and Heat Package with thermostat, full-length LED interior lighting, LED exterior lighting, two 5,200lb torsion axles with brakes, mag wheels with a matching spare, four stabilizer jacks, two 18' exterior awnings, and an electric tongue jack. The project requires the vendor to provide all warranty information and exempt registration.
