General Project Description

The project is an indefinite-quantity Job Order Contract (JOC) for the County of San Luis Obispo Department of Airports, responsible for developing and maintaining the Oceano (L52) and San Luis Obispo (SBP) airports. Work will involve repair, alteration, modernization, rehabilitation of buildings, structures, and other real property, encompassing both building/facility work ("vertical construction") and infrastructure work ("horizontal construction").
