General Project Description

The County of San Luis Obispo is soliciting proposals to establish an on-call consultant list for professional architectural design services. Services will support County facilities and capital improvement projects, including new construction, renovations, tenant improvements, HVAC/electrical/plumbing replacement/upgrades, roof replacement, accessibility (ADA) compliance, facility assessments, deferred maintenance, and other miscellaneous improvements. The scope of work encompasses conceptual & schematic design, design development, construction documents, bidding support, and construction support services.
