General Project Description
The City of San Marino is soliciting proposals from qualified development partners for the comprehensive redevelopment of a 1.56-acre portion of the City-owned Stoneman site. The project aims to create a high-quality multi-family residential community with a minimum density of 32 units per acre, resulting in at least 49 residential units. The selected developer will be responsible for all project phases, including site planning, architectural and landscape design, entitlements, environmental review (CEQA), securing financing (e.g., through LIHTC, AHSC programs), construction, and long-term property management. The work must comply with RM1 zoning standards and all applicable State and federal laws.
