General Project Description
The City of San Marino is soliciting Statements of Qualifications/Proposals for on-call construction/project management and inspection services. The selected consultant will provide as-needed services for an initial three-year term, with potential extensions, to support the City's Capital Improvement Program (CIP). This program encompasses a variety of municipal projects including street improvements, stormwater conveyance, wastewater systems, civic facilities, and park improvements. Services include pre-construction activities, full-time construction inspection, quality assurance, materials testing oversight, labor compliance verification, budget and schedule tracking, change order management, public communication, coordination with City departments and external agencies, and close-out documentation. The aim is to ensure timely, professional, and compliant project delivery.
