General Project Description

The City of San Marino is seeking proposals from qualified architectural firms for professional design services related to the renovation and modernization of the existing 750 square feet Lacy Park office building. The project aims to improve accessibility, address deferred maintenance, and optimize the layout to better support City staff operations, including administrative and maintenance functions. The scope includes designing functional and ADA-compliant staff work areas, a break room/multipurpose space, reconfigured locker room facilities, and new restrooms. The renovation is anticipated to remain largely within the current building footprint.
