San Mateo County Community College District is seeking bids from qualified and interested contractors for the following project titled, CAÑADA COLLEGE CHILD DEVELOPMENT CENTER SITE WORK PROJECT, identified under Solicitation ID: 86991. Work is to be performed near 4200 Farm Hill Blvd, Redwood City, CA 94061, USA in San Mateo County.
General Project Description
This project involves site work for the Cañada College Child Development Center. The scope includes demolition and off-haul of existing dirt, trees, asphalt, and concrete; installation of new foundations with drilled piers for two owner-provided modular buildings; associated flatwork and landscaping; installation of underground utilities for connecting new buildings to campus infrastructure; and construction of a new ADA path. All work must comply with seismic requirements, regulatory standards, and includes general construction, site preparation, earth moving, utility trenching, asphalt paving, concrete paving for exterior improvements, landscape maintenance, security systems, electrical systems, communications cabling and equipment rooms, fire detection and alarm systems, and commissioning.
