General Project Description

The County of San Mateo Department of Public Works is seeking on-call emergency restoration services to provide 24/7 response for water, fire, smoke, and mold damage across County facilities. The scope includes testing, assessment, containment, remediation (including removal and off-site disposal of contaminated or hazardous materials and waste), comprehensive cleaning, sanitization, and restoration of damaged structural elements like flooring and drywall. Contractors are required to provide all necessary labor, materials, tools, appurtenances, and equipment for general time-sensitive and emergency projects.
