Work is to be performed near 400 Harbor Blvd bldg b, Belmont, CA 94002, USA in San Mateo County.

General Project Description

The Department of Public Works seeks a contractor to provide comprehensive fire system testing, maintenance, inspection, certification, and repair services for fire suppression systems across various County locations. This includes all system components such as fire pumps, valves, backflow preventers, piping, sprinkler heads, and standpipes. The scope encompasses routine maintenance, time-sensitive repairs, preventative maintenance (cleaning, lubricating, adjusting, calibrating, part replacement), corrective services (troubleshooting, diagnostics, repairs, retesting), 24/7/365 emergency response, and detailed reporting in compliance with NFPA standards and local codes. The contract is for a maximum term of five years, with services initiated via separate Task Orders.
