General Project Description

The San Mateo County Parks Department seeks qualified vendors to provide comprehensive on-call heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) support and maintenance services for its various facilities. The scope includes scheduled preventive maintenance, 24/7 emergency repair services with a defined response time, system upgrades, energy efficiency optimization, and ensuring all services comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including California Mechanical Code, California Energy Code (Title 24), ASHRAE Standards, and OSHA Regulations.
