General Project Description
The County of San Mateo Treasurer-Tax Collector's Office (TTC) is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors for the design and installation of a comprehensive, high-definition IP-based surveillance camera system. The project involves a "turnkey" installation at the TTC's new 650-square-foot satellite office within the North County Wellness Center in South San Francisco. The system will include one Network Video Recorder (NVR), two 180-degree outdoor cameras, two 360-degree indoor cameras, and three fixed ceiling dome cameras. The contractor is responsible for all professional installation, including cabling, hardware, software configuration, and a one-year warranty with technical support. The system's primary purpose is to enable high-resolution capture of monetary instruments and identifiable facial features for law enforcement investigative purposes.
